The subscription package is a contract that lasts a minimum of 12 months. It's month to month after that, and you can cancel at anytime after the 12 months have lapsed.

Invoices have a 7-day grace period before a $25 late fee is applied on the next invoice. If you have multiple overdue monthly invoices on a subscription, we reserve the right to take legal actions, including, but not limited to, the termination of the contract and the triggering of the terminations clauses.

We are generally flexible and understanding, but if there is no communication or response to our messages, we must take steps to ensure we are paid for our work and not taken advantage of.

Think of it like buying versus leasing a car. With monthly payments, you'll spread the cost into smaller, budget-friendly amounts. Plus, you get ongoing support and updates. While you might pay more over time, it's easier on your cash flow.

The one-time payment is like buying outright; you pay more upfront but save money in the long run. You get everything done at once, including design and development, with no monthly commitments.

Which is right for you? If you prefer manageable monthly payments and value ongoing support, go with the subscription. If you'd rather pay once and be done, and don't need regular maintenance, the one-time payment is your best bet.

We have two addons with monthly fees: the hosting addon and the unlimited edits addon. These work on a 12-month minimum contract basis. The other addons are a one-time fee that must be paid upfront.

As we are incorporated in France, we charge 20% VAT. However, if you are a non-EU business, we will not charge VAT.

We accept payments via card or bank transfer. We do not accept checks.

Most hacking attacks on websites occur through vulnerabilities in Wordpress plug-ins. We don't rely on those to write our code. We also don't have databases or login pages. There's nothing to hack actually!

Yes and no. SEO works in two ways: on-site and off-site.

Think of on-site SEO as everything happening on your website itself – the technical elements, like making pages load fast, using proper HTML semantic code, implementing accessibility best practices so that Google can read your site properly. Our website packages do include these on-site SEO essentials.

On the other hand, off-site SEO happens elsewhere on the internet – like getting other websites to link to yours and building your online reputation. While our packages do not include off-site SEO services, we'd be happy to connect you with our SEO partner to discuss options and pricing.

We thoroughly test for color contrast, keyboard navigation and use of assistive technology such as screen readers to make sure your website is accessible by everyone. Web accessibility is regulated by European law, as well as the State of California in the USA.

If you cancel, we take your website offline. You may sign a new 12-month minimum contract at any point. We retain ownership of the code base.

If you cancel before the end of the initial 12 months, the full cost (2300 €) of the website is due, minus what you have already paid in subscription fees. We retain ownership of the code base.

Whether you have signed a Lump Sum or Subscription contract, you still have the right to change your mind up until the end of the design stage, and we will refund you. However, once the development stage has started, refunds will be at our discretion.

Sure! The specifics will always be outlined in your contract, but generally speaking, for subscription packages, we retain ownership of the codebase and we grant you a license, while for lump sum packages, we will transfer ownership of the codebase to you upon delivery.

No matter the package, you own the domain name, and any assets and content you have provided us with.

No, there is no Buy out price to stop paying the monthly subscription fees. The reason why we have this rule is because it takes about 3 years for a Subscription package to be financially viable for us.

Remember that you get a lot of freebies on that plan: hosting, free logos and support 7 days a week. Another reason is that we do rely on monthly recurring income so we don't have to focus on sales, but rather pay attention to customer support and producing great quality websites.

Once all the paperwork is sorted, we aim to deliver your website within 4 weeks. Many factors come into play, such as client's reactivity, complexity of the design, number of pages etc.

That's ok! If something were to happen to me (Geoffrey, the owner), my business partner and back-end developer Nicolas would take over. Your website would not be impacted, but you would be able to redefine your contract.

Our support packages include monthly maintenance checks, immediate bug fixes, security updates, and editing the text and images of your site. They do not include creating new pages, content or widgets.
